Paul Noursi is a Palestinian American who has lived and traveled extensively in the Middle East. He is a founding member of PCAP and has also been active with several other organizations also working for peace and justice in the Middle East, including the Virginia Coalition for Human Rights, the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights, the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, and the Arab American Democratic Caucus of Virginia. He was an Obama Delegate to the Virginia State Convention in 2008, and a Bernie Sanders Delegate to the Virginia State Convention in 2016 and 2020, and has served on various Get-Out-the Vote and Democratic campaigns since the late 1980’s.
Paul has a BS in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland. He lives with his wife Samia in Vienna, VA, and is a licensed civil engineer with about 30 years of experience specializing in land development, infrastructure and public works.
